Tabata is still too "toolsy" but he's young enough to develop those tools. A .760 OPS at Class A isn't going to be able to project yet. He's too far away to make a list like this.

Oh yes, you're right about that. He was 23 last year. But in 2006 he was 17 years old and hit .298 BA/ .377 OBP/ .420 SLG. The fact that at 18, he stayed at A ball and his stats regressed kind of makes sense that his ranking slipped a lot.
